1. PACKAGE ITEMS
When you view each package, you will see images of all the items included. These items are offered to us at trade prices from trusted, high quality suppliers like West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Wayfair, CB2, etc., whom we have strong relationships with.

2. DESIGNER FEES
Our designer fees are already built-in to the prices, for our professional services. These services include space planning and layout design and selection of color schemes, furnishings, decor & accessories to create a cohesive look. Additionally, it covers managing budgets and timelines, sourcing and procuring the furniture and decor, and coordinating with other professionals for storage, shipping and installation. We ensure that the final design meets the project's aesthetic and practical requirements.

3. STORAGE & SHIPPING
Our prices include Consolidated Warehouse Storage, the Shipping of 20 FT and/or 40Ft Containers, Bill of Lading Fees, Logistics Coordination Fees, Shipper's Export Declarations, etc.

4. MARINE CARGO INSURANCE
The purpose of marine cargo insurance is to protect the value of goods being transported by sea, air, or land from loss or damage during transit. This is certainly something we do not overlook.

5. LOCAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
When the items arrive on our beautiful island in the sun, we have to cover Local Agent Handling Fees as well as FAS Fees, Document Processing Fees and Customs Examination Fees.

6. LOCAL DELIVERY & INSTALL
Once we've cleared Customs, we then Transport The Containers with Side Loaders, Unstuff, Place & Unwrap and Dispose of any refuse.
