Melissa Alli, Owner & Principal Designer of Mella Design Ltd, has been in the Design Industry for 10 years, specializing in both Residential & Commercial Design. After achieving her BFA in Interior Design at the Miami Int'l University of Art & Design, Melissa began her career in the South Florida industry, working on condos like Echo Brickell, Porsche Tower, and restaurants like Novecento, Balans & Red Rooster.

Melissa then returned to Barbados and started her own Interior Design firm, Mella Design Ltd., where she's worked on Residential Homes, Villas & Condos all across the island, in areas like Sandy Lane, Prior Park Crescent, Adams Castle, Elizabeth Park & Mount Standfast, to name a few. She's also worked on Commercial Spaces like the offices for Pinehill Dairy, Banks Holdings Ltd, Cube Blue, etc.

 

Melissa wishes to improve the local design landscape by introducing a more modern, warm and practical approach, ensuring the safety & comfort of inhabitants within spaces.
